Backstory

S and V have two children each and all the four names begin with A. Having accomplished the difficult task of birthing and raising these four A’s, when it was time to set up a software development, production and networking firm, the obvious choice of name was Four A’s, which morphed into Foray. It tied in well with their business intent – an attempt at doing something new.

I love it when the clients bring their personal stories to the brands that they launch. I decided to go Roman, for a U.S. based client, for their operations domiciled in India. If you close one eye and think of cricket, you can also imagine the logo to be misaligned cricket stumps. Maybe squint a little also. This wasn’t the intent, but the Foray team happens to work on cricketing projects. It is commissioned to work for Willow TV and develop the web interface and technology for Major League Cricket. 

It’s time I begin to learn about this sport because for me, cricket is just golla phenk balla ghuma, golla phenk balla ghuma.
